The information pages provide service and policy details; the member portal provides account sign-in, profiles and the member features described below. Hosting providers process technical requests to serve these pages. There is no checkout or analytics integration. Contact links open your email application.

Information in the Android app

The app uses Firebase Authentication for email and password sign-in. Profiles contain the personal, family, education, career and preference details that members choose to submit. Optional contact numbers are stored separately from public profile details. Private face photos, identity-review information, interests, messages, shortlists, blocks, reports and support requests are used to deliver their respective features.

Who can see information

Eligible completed and visible profiles are available to members under the app’s matching rules. Shortlists are private. Other-member photo access requires paid membership, an opposite-gender match and an accepted, unblocked connection. Contact-number access requires an active paid membership and acceptance. Identity documents are accessible to the submitting member and authorized owner reviewer. Authorized owner administration supports review and support workflows.

Identity-document handling

Use a masked or redacted Aadhaar, or an accepted redacted government photo ID. The Android flow for an unmasked Aadhaar image redacts it on-device before upload. Uploaded document images are removed after a review decision, withdrawal or account deletion; review status and consent information may remain until withdrawal or deletion. This is owner review, not UIDAI authentication.

Service providers and messages

Firebase services provide authentication, database access and optional push notifications. Device tokens are used for opted-in notifications and removed from that device on logout; account deletion removes saved tokens. Messages are access-controlled and protected in transport; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Face detection does not prove identity or liveness.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, manage photos, pause discovery, block or report a member and request account deletion. Blocking and changing privacy settings restrict future access but cannot erase information another person has already copied. See the account-deletion page for available steps.

Contact the support email below about access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns. We may revise this policy when functionality changes. Final operator identity and applicable retention obligations will be confirmed before public launch.

Member website processing

The member website uses the same Firebase project and access controls as the Android application. Its login session is kept for the current browser session and Firestore offline persistence is disabled. Browser face checks, OCR and automatic document redaction run locally using self-hosted libraries and models. Only the chosen, confirmed upload is sent to the private account record. Always inspect a redacted document preview before submitting. Checks may fail or miss information; no liveness or identity guarantee is made. Firebase App Check uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise to assess website interactions for abuse protection, involving Google’s technical/browser risk signals. Optional browser notifications require permission and browser support.

Website fonts

This website loads typography from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those font files, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to that provider. System fonts are used if the request is unavailable.
