Marriage Find Kerala does not currently collect membership payments through this website or the private Android app. Do not transfer money to a personal account or UPI address claiming to activate a plan.

If you believe you have been charged

Contact support with the payment date, amount and transaction reference. Never send a card number, CVV, password or OTP. We will need to identify the payment provider and confirm the transaction before determining what action is available.

Before purchases open

The published purchase policy will state refund eligibility, any request deadline, handling of duplicate or failed payments, subscription cancellation steps, refund processing times and what happens to unused membership allowances. Those commercial terms are not yet finalized and are not promised by this draft.

Cancellation

No paid subscription can currently be started here. When billing opens, the purchase screen will identify the provider and explain how to stop future renewals. Account deletion and subscription cancellation will be described separately so customers know what each action does.
